Risse + Wilke (Shanghai) Cold Rolled Steel Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of the Risse + Wilke Kaltband GmbH & Co. KG based in Iserlohn, Germany - the heart of the cold rolling industry.
While the mother company was founded around 100 years ago and is now run in the 4th generation of the Wilke family, the Risse + Wilke (Shanghai) Cold Rolled Steel Co., Ltd. was founded in August of 2024. The sister companies Hugo Schmitz and GBS have been doing business in the People's Republic of China eversince the early 2000s and it was hence the rightful conclusion to establish an own subsidiary to be able to act fast to meet the demands on the Chinese markets.
Risse + Wilke (Shanghai) Cold Rolled Steel Co., Ltd. is a supplier of high-quality cold rolled steel strip used in the saw and needle industry as well as for automotive parts.
